Keystone has hired Sarah Noake to join its Private Client practice

Specialising in work with an international element, Sarah is a private client lawyer who advises on tax, trust and estate planning for individuals and trustees. She has a specific interest in advising US citizens with links to the UK, providing advice in relation to residence status, asset protection strategies and drafting wills, requiring her to take account of assets in other jurisdictions.

Sarah also advises on the property and tax aspects of individuals’ and trustees’ arrangements including tax-efficient ownership of UK property, cross-border estate issues and remittance-basis issues.

Prior to joining Keystone, Sarah was a Consultant at Mundays LLP. She also spent time at leading US firm, McGuireWoods.

Managing Director of Keystone, James Knight, commented:

‘Sarah’s specialism in non-UK-domiciled clients will further strengthen our impressive Private Client team and greatly expand our ability to provide legal advice to international clients. We are delighted to welcome her.”

Consultant solicitor Sarah Noake said of her arrival at Keystone:

“It’s rare to find a, largely, corporate and commercial firm that continues to invest in and develop its private client services. This is a demonstration of the focus that Keystone places on serving all of its clients’ needs, whether personal or commercial. I look forward to being part of the team.”
