Keystone welcomes top employee benefit specialist to the firm

Keystone Law is pleased to announce that former Simmons and Simmons partner, Monica Ma has joined the firm as a consultant specialising in employee benefits, particularly pensions and share incentive arrangements.

Monica joins the growing Pensions and Incentives team at Keystone Law which includes ex-Norton Rose heavyweight David Cohen. She has considerable expertise advising on the employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions and flotations and is a member of the Share Scheme Lawyers Group and the Association of Pension Lawyers.
