Keystone welcomes another 10 senior solicitors to the firm

Keystone Law, the UK’s leading dispersed law firm, has recruited an additional ten senior solicitors as the “Join the Future” campaign continues to gather pace. This announcement comes hot on the heels of a similar announcement in January of this year and brings the total number of lawyers at the firm to 123.

Keystone launched Join the Future in July 2012, in order to attract 50 senior lawyers and support its plans to increase turnover to £25 million over the next three years. So far the campaign has resulted in 175 applicants from experienced solicitors looking for more autonomy and an alternative to the traditional partnership model.

Keystone’s Managing Partner, James Knight, says:

“Our Join the Future campaign continues to deliver-up superb lawyers looking to work in the Keystone way. After eight months the campaign is actually picking up more speed with an additional 20 lawyers looking to join the firm over the next three months. This means that we should have completed our three year campaign target in 11 months and if that doesn’t say something about where the legal market is heading, then I don’t know what does”.
