Keystone Law has added to its formidable dispute resolution practice with the arrival of ex-West End law firm commercial litigation partner Susan Monty.

Susan specialises in complex financial and regulatory disputes and joins from Seddons where she was partner. Susan’s career history is a unique combination of both private practice and prosecutorial experience. Having spent a number of years as an investigative lawyer at the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), she advises companies and individuals on complex and multi-jurisdictional civil litigation – from fraud claims and asset tracing to breaches of fiduciary duties and professional negligence actions – as well as advising in proceedings brought against individuals by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Competition Market Authority (CMA).

Keystone CEO and founder James Knight said of Susan’s arrival:

“Susan joins with strong experience and knowledge in what is a specialist and growing area of litigation. We are delighted to welcome her as a great asset both to our team and our client service offering. We look forward to working with her to further strengthen our position in the market.”
