Keystone Law has advised the Belfast-based Kilmona Holdings on the refinancing of its group banking facilities with Fairfield Real Estate Finance in a deal worth in excess of £80m.
Kilmona is one of the largest and most established Northern Ireland property investment and development groups with vast experience in the end-to-end delivery of major UK and Northern Ireland property development schemes.
The Keystone team was led by the Northern Ireland team Managing Director John McMahon and included fellow Keystone lawyers Danny McKay, Jim Houston, Jonny Mullan, Lauren McGarry, Jessica Morris and JP Irvine.
