Keystone Law is delighted to announce the arrival of Michael Wood who joins the Keystone Litigation team from RadcliffesLeBrasseur and who has previously held partner roles with Stephenson Harwood and Charles Russell.

Michael’s appointment comes just weeks after colleague Gavin Ballance joined the firm and is the third lawyer to join the firm from RadcliffesLeBrasseur in the past 18 months.

Michael is a highly experienced commercial litigator who brings to Keystone over 20 years of knowledge in resolving disputes with both domestic and international elements. He has a background in arguing high-value marine and insurance/reinsurance claims and resolves a variety of commercial disputes by applying different dispute resolution techniques including litigation, arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.

Michael is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator and has rights of audience in all civil courts in England and Wales.

James Knight, Managing Director, commented:

“Michael will be a tremendous asset to Keystone and the teams he joins. His experience of resolving disputes internationally and in the UK will be of great benefit to our clients, and we are delighted that he has chosen to pursue his career at this firm.”
