Keystone Law NI advises Causeway Asset Management in 150,000 Sq. Ft City Centre Office Transaction

Keystone Law Northern Ireland has acted for Belfast-based property investment and management company, Causeway Asset Management in a historic deal that sees the completion of one of the UK province’s largest every property transactions.

Led by Commercial Property solicitor and Keystone NI Director Jim Houston, the team acted in the negotiation of the relevant Agreement for Lease and Lease with the Departmental Solicitors Office in Belfast. Jim was supported by fellow director Danny McKay and Trainee Solicitor Jonny Mullan.

Causeway agreed the lease on Grade A office space, Nine Lanyon Place with the Department of Finance's Properties Division. A range of NICS departments and public sector bodies will occupy the office which spans six floors, just a stone's throw from Belfast Waterfront.

The deal is the latest in a series of high profile property deals that Keystone NI has advised on this year. Completed deals include acting for Northside Regeneration Limited on its £40m Development of a 620 bed student accommodation block on Donegall Street and acting for a prominent, NI based developer on a £24m private accommodation, PRS development in Central Belfast.
