“Stephen is a talented and experienced restructuring lawyer, with proven expertise including drafting and negotiating the sale of businesses and assets from Insolvency Officeholders”, commented James Knight Keystone’s founder and Managing Partner. “As we look to strengthen our skillset in this area, his experience will have a significant impact on the support and service we can offer clients.”

Stephen continued:

“I am delighted to be joining an innovative and impressive full service firm such as Keystone Law that genuinely has a modern approach to client service delivery. The fact that Keystone Law is so well known means that my practice, both within the South West and nationally, will inevitably grow whilst I also look forward to assisting and advising existing clients of the firm.

More often than not, dealing with Insolvency requires those involved to be both commercial and pragmatic. I’m therefore excited that the flexibility, autonomy and culture of Keystone Law will enable me to advise clients in a way that meets these needs”.
