Keystone Law has announced that Jane Harte-Lovelace has joined the firm’s Dispute Resolution team from international firm K&L Gates where she was a partner.

Jane advises companies, board members and high-net-worth individuals on risk and the avoidance and resolution of disputes both domestic and international. She has a particular focus on disputes involving property and trusts and maximising insurance recoveries for policyholders. She also advises companies in relation to workplace safety, with experience in dealing with the aftermath of serious and fatal accidents in the workplace.

James Knight, founder and Managing Director, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Jane to the firm. Her arrival will add significant value to the commercial litigation practice. Meanwhile, clients will reap the benefits of an even stronger team with the capabilities to provide an enhanced service.”

Jane added:

“I am delighted to have joined Keystone where both clients and lawyers benefit from the way the firm operates. The breadth of experience of the lawyers I have met already and responsiveness of the support team is unlike anything I have previously experienced and the universal enthusiasm for the firm is refreshing.”
