Keystone Law announced today that Philip Kornbluth, former Partner at Fasken Martineau and Howard Kennedy, has joined the firm.

Focusing on the energy sector, Philip represents oil companies, commodities trading houses, banks and entrepreneurs. He has over 25 years’ experience in commercial contracts for crude oil, oil products and related services and issues, pre-export finance, syndicated loans, payment instruments, discounting of receivables, risk participation and mitigation, banking documentation and joint ventures. Philip’s practice also includes drafting and negotiating insurance policies for credit risk, contract frustration and political risk, including their interaction with bank finance and risk cover.
