Tara is a solicitor advocate who advises on a range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious. She is also an employee data protection specialist and has an abundance of experience in advising companies on the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Tara’s general non-contentious practice includes drafting employment contracts, secondment agreements, advising on corporate transactions (often involving the application of TUPE) and negotiating employee terminations.
On the contentious side, Tara has acted in a range of Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal, age discrimination and disability discrimination, and High Court claims including breach of contract claims and interim injunction applications.
Tara works across a broad range of sectors, most notably financial services, tech and insurance.
Tara is also qualified to practise in Hong Kong.
