Sandhya is a barrister as well as a workplace and sports mediator. She assists the Keystone Employment team on a range of related matters including advising senior executives and employers on complex litigious matters. Sandhya also has experience in acting for numerous high-earners in the legal and financial sector including in partnership disputes.
As an experienced mediator, her longest mediation was a successful team mediation in the financial services sector.
Prior to working in chambers and private practice, Sandhya worked as a Consultant for the International Labour Organisation.
She is Visiting Professor on Employment Law at the University of Paris Nanterre and is also a Lecturer at City Law School.
