Rose specialises in advising private individuals, personal representatives, attorneys and UK trustees on probate and succession, inheritance tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and their use, and on Court of Protection applications.
She also frequently acts for clients or legal firms from other jurisdictions advising on UK aspects of estate administration, inheritance tax, and succession planning. She has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since its inception.
