Rachel is a City-trained lawyer who advises UK and international clients on all aspects of UK employment law from tribunal claims, business reorganisations and transactions to day-to-day HR advice. She frequently assists employers and senior executives on exit strategies that work for all parties and has extensive litigation experience should situations escalate.

Rachel advises across a range of industries and clients including professional services, technology solutions, independent schools and colleges, charities and law firms. Rachel is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She sat on the consultation board of the Practical Law Company employment law section from 2012 to 2014.
