Mark is a solicitor who acts for both employers and board-level executives across a wide range of employment-related matters. He has particular experience in boardroom disputes, redundancies, reorganisations and transfer of undertakings. As an accredited workplace mediator, Mark offers a specialist skillset to help resolve sensitive and complex workplace disputes and Employment Tribunal claims. He also has experience of mediation advocacy and can assist those seeking dispute resolution through the mediation process. Where a case proceeds to an Employment Tribunal, Mark is able to able to provide representation as an experienced advocate.
Mark has appeared on LBC radio and BBC Radio 5 Live as an employment law expert and has been a speaker at numerous presentations and seminars. He writes regularly for Employment Cases Update (an online employment law publication) and has also penned articles for various other publications including the Financial Times, The Telegraph, Managing Partner magazine and Money Plus magazine.
