Heather’s employment practice spans all areas of employment law.

Heather advises clients on the employment aspects of their corporate transactions including drafting and advising clients on their contracts of employment, senior-executive service agreements and consultancy agreements, negotiating contractual terms, and drafting/negotiating employment clauses in sale and purchase agreements. Heather also provides due diligence reports to clients highlighting areas of concern in relation to corporate transactions.

On the contentious side she handles a broad caseload of employment tribunal work including defending sex, race, disability, sexual orientation and pregnancy-related discrimination claims, unfair, wrongful and constructive dismissal and whistleblowing claims for public- and private-sector clients. Heather is also perfectly placed to provide advice on day-to-day employment issues including advising individuals on their compromise and settlement agreements and drafting them on behalf of employers.
