Charles is a specialist litigation and trial advocate with a practice that primarily involves acting in complex and high-value financial services and company disputes, trust claims, frauds and quasi-frauds. He has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with a range of offshore work advising global corporate organisations as well as individual private clients on Isle of Man litigation and contentious matters and is well known for his incisive advocacy and cross-examinations in court.
Charles is a regular speaker at international conferences on asset recovery injunctions and claims against directors and auditors being used to recover funds in insolvent funds following fraud.
