Keystone Law advises Network Locum on its successful Series B equity fundraising

The London based healthcare company has built a workplace management SAAS platform and a marketplace for locum staff, which enables locums to connect and find work with GP practices and NHS hospitals. The CEO, former McKinsey and NHS consultant, Melissa Morris, started the company in 2011 and has since built a database of over forty thousand clinical staff across the country.

The company intends to use the funds to augment its sales force and improve features on its mobile app, which allows clinical staff to manage their hours and work-flow. Last year Network Locum raised £3.2 million from institutional investors, including marketplace specialist Piton Capital.

Leading the deal for the company was Keystone corporate lawyer and Venture Capital and M&A specialist, Nadim Zaman, who commented:

“We are proud to be working closely with Network Locum and feel that Keystone is a natural choice for high-growth companies that are innovating and scaling quickly. Melissa Morris and the team have grand ambitions and the series B investment provides a strong platform for the next phase of growth.”
