Keystone Law is delighted to announce that it will be presenting a seminar on Venture Capital funding, alongside Fresh Business Thinking and Gü’s founder James Averdieck on Thursday 12 May.

Successful entrepreneur James, who founded ‘top-notch chocolate pud brand’ in 2003 with a £70,000 working capital investment, will share his insights and tips on VC funding. Having exited and sold the business in a deal that valued it at £32.5 million, James will also share some key considerations on building a saleable business and successfully exiting.

In addition, corporate finance specialist and director of Kingston Smith Corporate Finance, Jonathan Garbett, will also outline his own valuations and exiting expertise. Jonathan will offer actionable advice and insights drawn from his 25 years’ experience of providing corporate finance and valuation advice to businesses.
