Keystone Law is pleased to announce the hire of Sally Challinor from Howes Percival where she was a Director.

Sally is a commercially focused property and environmental due diligence solicitor. Her advice extends beyond pure real estate transactions and she is a proficient adviser to those considering business acquisitions and disposals where advice on environmental risk may be relevant.

She often works closely with environmental consultants and insurance providers in order to achieve an outcome for clients that meets their individual approach to risk and business sustainability.

Her combined environmental and property expertise has led to her involvement in a number of property projects requiring consideration of contamination remediation.

Sally will be a welcome addition to the firm’s five-strong, industry-leading Planning team which is currently ranked amongst the likes of Slaughter and May and Olswang in the Legal 500 legal directory.

“We are very pleased to welcome Sally to the firm,” said Keystone’s founder and Managing Partner, James Knight. “Her environmental capabilities add an exciting new dynamic to the team and will allow us to further position ourselves as a leader in this area.”

Sally continued:

“The opportunity to work with such a progressive and alternative law firm model is truly exciting. Keystone has a genuine full-service offering and the property and environmental support only strengthens that position. I am looking forward to helping my clients achieve their goals, big or small, safe in the knowledge that Keystone has the infrastructure to deliver what they need. At the same time, clients get to deal with me whenever and wherever suits them best.”
