Philip is a finance and insolvency lawyer with considerable experience dealing with the Asset Based Lending (“ABL”) market.
Philip acts for receivables financiers, banks and finance houses in relation to their facility and security documentation and their financing of transactions. He also acts for insolvency practitioners in relation to their appointments and the preservation and realisation of assets by them.
Philip is an Associate Member of R3, the insolvency practitioners association.
