Emma is a commercial and intellectual property lawyer who specialises in advising media companies on IP production, distribution, exploitation and protection issues. She also advises on commercial contract agreements and privacy matters, with particular expertise in children’s data protection.

Before joining Keystone, Emma worked in private practice and subsequently gained a wealth of experience in-house at Chapman Entertainment, BBC Worldwide and Nickelodeon UK, providing legal counsel on a wide range of broadcast, digital media and commercial matters.
