Anthony is an established commercial, intellectual property and technology lawyer, specialising in both contract negotiation and litigation. He advises SMEs and institutional clients across sectors that include software and technology, tech start-ups, media, disruptive music businesses, restaurants, fashion and cultural institutions.
Anthony lectures on IP and related subjects for Queen Mary College’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), the Institute of Art & Law, UCL’s Commercialisation of Intellectual Property Law programme and the London School of Economics’ (LSE) Executive Summer School. He is also a regular contributor on IP and data law for a range of publications and bodies, including the Association for Cultural Enterprises.
